Ben Ratchford
Ben Ratchford was called into ministry at a very young age. As a fourth generation minister, he takes the call of God seriously. For the past twenty years, he has dedicated his life to reaching and equipping young people. He received his BS in Elementary Education from Southern Illinois University, and worked with the Catholic Urban Program in East St. Louis as a student tutor and staff trainer. Ben and his wife, Laura, have served as children's pastors for churches in Georgia, Illinois, and Missouri. He currently serves as the Student Ministries Pastor at Destiny Church in St. Louis, Missouri.
Jim Stern
Jim Stern began his musical career at the young age of four and has been involved in ministry since he was a teenager. During his childhood and adolescence, Jim was afforded numerous opportunities to serve in multiple ministries, which gave him a tremendous platform for developing talents in the areas of leading worship and songwriting.
Jim's experiences in music and ministry include worship leading and songwriting in various church and performance areas, recording and producing numerous live and studio records, and functioning in many ministry leadership and pastoral capacities. He has worked alongside incredible people in the fields of worship, arts, technology, music, and ministry thus providing him with a valuable understanding and insight into his vocation.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Business Management and is currently Co-Pastor of Destiny Church of St. Louis. His experiences, coupled with his youthful zeal and passion for leadership development, make him a key asset in the vision of Revolution School.
Justin Royce
Justin Royce has been active in ministry since his teenage years. He has had experience in leading worship, youth ministry, foreign missions and inner-city ministry. His desire is to see a generation of believers arise that is more concerned with pleasing God than pleasing man; a generation that is uncompromising, unwavering, and unashamed in it's pursuit of our King.
Kent Henry
For over twenty-five years, Kent Henry's ministry has been totally devoted to worship leading and training. He has led worship on six of Integrity Music's Hosanna! recordings, including: My Refuge, The Secret Place, and So Close to You. He has also produced 22 of his own worship recordings, including: Awesome in This Place, The Psalmist Trilogy, Jeremiah 29:11, Children Worship!, The Psalm Series and Dance in the Glory.
Kent holds B.A. degrees in Music, Religion and Management from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. For the past twenty year Kent has been traveling and ministering through "The Worship Seminar" and "Fresh Fire" meetings to thousands of worshiping believers around the world.
Kent's passion is to see true worship blanket the nations. For years, Kent has helped to facilitate prayer with praise, and intercession with worship. He believes that a major facet of his calling is to help release and launch the next generation of worshipers in their callings and destiny in Jesus.
Meghan Williams
Meghan Williams holds a PhD in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University. In addition, she has a BA in Commercial Photography from Rochester Institute of Technology and a MA in Media Communications from Webster University. Her diverse background includes experience in academic, corporate, and not-for-profit environments. She's held in leadership positions in all three.
Meghan's heart is to see people walking in the fullness of the call God has on their lives unencumbered by wounds or their past. With a foundation in prayer, Meghan seeks to lead by example in living a life of faith and uncompromising trust in the Lord.
